Delayed opening of Johnson, Washington County Disaster Recovery Centers

The scheduled Nov. 5 openings of FEMA’s Disaster Recovery Centers in Johnson and Washington counties are delayed. The sites are being reviewed and may change. More information will follow as addresses and opening dates are confirmed.
Helene survivors wishing to speak to FEMA specialists in person may visit other Disaster Recovery Centers listed below.
The Disaster Recovery Center in Carter County is open and operating at 1746 Highway 19-E. It is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
FEMA Disaster Recovery Centers are also open in Cocke, Greene, Hamblen, and Unicoi counties.
