First Christian

First Christian Church Elizabethton will have worship at 9:45 a.m. Sunday. There is also Bible study for adults, youth, and children on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. A study on John MacArthur’s “Twelve Unlikely Heroes” is being featured at the Wednesday night study.

First Christian will have Trunk or Treat in the church parking lot on Oct. 31 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.

First Christian has a food pantry. Persons needing a food box are asked to call the church office at 542-5651 for an appointment.

First Christian is located at 513 Hattie Ave. Michael Klaus is minister.

 

Oak Street Baptist

Oak Street Baptist Church will have its annual Holiday Missions Market on Nov. 2 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the church gymnasium.

Local vendors will offer a variety of products and profits from the event are designated for local and international missions.

The church is located at 804 Oak St.

 

Zion Baptist

Trunk or Treat will be held Saturday from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Zion Baptist Church, 1982 Gap Creek Road.

All children of the church and community are invited.

 

Doe River Baptist

Doe River Baptist Church will have a Fall Festival on Oct. 27 from 3 to 5 p.m. Everyone is invited.

Siam Baptist

Siam Baptist Church will have Trunk or Treat today, Oct. 26, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church.

The Rev. Brian Holloway is pastor.

 

First Church of the Nazarene

Homecoming will be held Sunday, Oct. 27, at the First Church of the Nazarene with speaker and evangelist, the Rev. Bill Ulmet, preaching.

Also, revival will be held Oct. 23-27 with Rev. Ulmet as evangelist.

Sunday School will be held at 9:45 a.m.; morning worship at 10:45 a.m.; and the Sunday evening service at 6 p.m.

The Wednesday service will be at 7 p.m.

Special music will be provided for each revival service.

Pastor Kenley Knight invites the public to attend.

 

Valley Forge Christian

Valley Forge Christian Church will have Trunk or Treat today, Oct. 26, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church.

The church is located at 114 Valley Forge Christian Church Road.
