Cora Sue Pierce, 85, of Elizabethton, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, October 4, 2024, at Johnson City Medical Center. She was born to the late Frank and Maudette Davis Spears. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Ken Spears and Eugene “Mike” Spears, and four sisters, Doris Bare, Faye Taylor, Patricia Clyburn and Eula Jones.

Sue loved the Lord. She had been a member of C Street Church of Christ with her husband for over 30 years. She was a graduate of Elizabethton High School. She enjoyed shopping, camping, crafts and had a talent for sewing. One of her favorite things to do was cook for her family.

Sue loved her family more than anything. She especially loved to spoil her grandchildren.
