The competition was stiff in the annual Miss & Mr. Covered Bridge Days Pageant on Saturday that took place on the Doe River Bridge.
Boys and girls dressed up in their finest fall attire in an attempt to win the judges over to earn the title in their respective age category.
With family and friends on hand to cheer them on, each age group came out together and then individually had an opportunity to walk to three designated spots with three judges looking on.
Each contestant made it difficult for the judges but in the end, the judge’s choice from each group received their crown while each competitor received their crowns and tiaras.
Amy Simmons served as the Master of Ceremonies for the event.
