Johnson City Public Works will resurface Milligan Highway from Legion Street to Twin Oaks Road beginning Monday, Sept. 23. Lane closures will occur daily between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Work is estimated to be completed by Friday, Sept. 27, weather permitting.

Motorists are asked to observe all detour signage. Drivers who cannot avoid the area should expect delays, use caution in the construction zone, and observe posted speed limits for their safety and the safety of workers.
