Carter County Sheriff’s Office reports recent arrests

The Carter County Sheriff’s Office has reported the following recent arrests:
- Sept. 13: Justin Anthony Yeager was arrested at 110 First Ave. on two warrants for violation of probation and shoplifting over $1,000. Yeager was transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.
- Sept. 13: Rhonda Jean Tinker was taken into custody at the Washington County Detention Center on a warrant for violation of probation. She was transported to the Carter County Detention Center and booked without incident.
- Sept. 14: Jerry Wayne Harrison Jr. was arrested at the Eastern Star exit on Highway 26 for assault and shoplifting warrants. Harrison was also served a criminal summons for shoplifting. He was transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.
- Sept. 14: Dillon Zane Poole was arrested by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and transported to Carter County Detention Center on a warrant for violation of probation.
- Sept. 16: Gregory King was arrested at the Carter County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding attachment for past-due child support.
- Sept. 16: Cody R. Honeycutt was arrested at 131 Norman Joines Road on a fugitive from justice charge for a warrant out of Bristol, Va. Honeycutt was transported to the Carter County Detention Center without incident.
- Sept. 17: Jerry Wayne Holdren was arrested at 195 Heritage Drive for criminal trespass, drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, and Schedule Two drug violations. Holdren was found unconscious in a vehicle on private property and was in possession of narcotics and paraphernalia.
- Sept. 17: Abigail P. Tittle was arrested at 114 Vanover Road on a warrant for domestic assault. After a medical check for a reported panic attack, Tittle was cleared and booked into the Carter County Detention Center.
- Sept. 17: Shawn Beamish was arrested at 511 McCloud Road on a warrant for financial exploitation of an elderly adult and identity theft. He was transported to the Carter County Detention Center.
- Sept. 18: Nyrashia Shateek Love turned herself in at the Carter County Sheriff’s Office and was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation.
- Sept. 18: Rebecca Lynne Ferguson was arrested at 119 Rosenbaum Private Drive on a warrant for violation of probation with a $25,000 bond. She was transported to the Carter County Detention Center.
- Sept. 19: Dustin Albert Nickles was taken into custody at the Sevier County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear. He was transported and booked at the Carter County Detention Center.
All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
