Schedule of activities at the Elizabethton Senior Center, 428 East G Street, for the week of Monday, Sept. 9 – Friday, Sept. 13:

Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Friday: 8 a.m. – 12 noon.

The billiard room and fitness room are open and no appointments are necessary.

Monday: Just Keep Movin’ – Cardio – Toning – Strength Building – Group Led, 9 a.m.; Lunch – Breaded Chicken Tenders, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga – Yoga Farm Instructor Shirley Gomillian, $3, 12:15 p.m.; Gentle Flow Yoga – Yoga Farm Instructor Cindy Brugnoletti, $3.

Tuesday: Tai Chi, Arthritis Program – UT Extension, 4-Week Class, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Egg Patty, 11 a.m.; Line Dancing – Instructor Sharon Pilk, 12 p.m., $3.

Wednesday: Just Keep Movin’ – Cardio – Toning – Strength Building – Group Led, 9 a.m.; Medicare Educational Seminar – Speaker, Brian Coggins, 9:30 a.m.; Lunch – Meatball Sub with Mozzarella Cheese, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga – Yoga Farm Instructor Shirley Gomillian, $3, 12:15 p.m.; Gentle Flow Yoga – Yoga Farm Instructor Cindy Brugnoletti, $3.

Thursday: *New Class: Body-Brain-Boost – Instructor, Kamela Easlic, 10-11 a.m.; Lunch – Chicken Salad, 11 a.m.; Vet – 2 Vet Café: All Veterans welcome! Coffee and Donuts provided – Sponsored by Caris Healthcare, 1 p.m.

Friday: Let’s Play Bingo – Special Host: Silver Angels, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Hamburger, 11 a.m.

REMINDER: Street signs with reflective numbers are still available at the Center for a cost of $5. These are provided at this discount price through our SALT Council.
