Carter County Sheriff’s Office reports arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

August 30:
Rebecca Anna Sue Clawson was arrested at Northeast Community Credit Union after Deputy Dalton McCloud found her walking erratically and talking to herself. Clawson, appearing under the influence, was charged with public intoxication.

Justin Michael Trivett was arrested on Poga Road after Constable Trivette discovered an active warrant for failure to appear. He was transported without incident.

August 31:
Samuel Garrison was arrested at a residence on Simerly Creek Road on active warrants for driving on a revoked license, resisting arrest, and evading arrest. Samantha Stevens, who attempted to prevent officers from locating Garrison, was arrested for resisting arrest and making false reports.

Joseph Andes and John Hinkle were taken into custody after being transferred from Washington County. Hinkle was served a warrant for violation of probation.

Phillip C. Jensen was arrested for aggravated assault after his girlfriend reported he had pulled her to the ground, restricting her ability to breathe.

Donnie J. Blevins Jr. was arrested during a patrol on Highway 91. He had an active warrant for two counts of domestic assault and interfering with an emergency call.

September 2:
Michael Brandon Dugger was taken into custody by Lt. Christopher Peek for identity theft and forgery. He was arrested at Sinking Creek Baptist Church after a warrant service.

Jessica Suzanne Norris was arrested for violation of probation after being found at a residence on Holston Mountain Road.

September 3:
Shannon Renee Stevens was arrested by Lt. Johnathan Blevins after she was found to have an active warrant for failure to appear in juvenile court.

David Ray Fields was arrested after a trespassing call revealed an active warrant for domestic violence.

Bradley Joseph Ray was arrested for domestic assault after allegedly chasing his wife with a piece of concrete.

Michael Paul McCool was taken into custody for violation of probation after a warrant service at a residence on Bunker Hill Road.

September 4:
Casey Mae Chambers was arrested for failure to appear by Deputy Dalton McCloud following a custody transfer from Johnson County.

Jarrett Brent Taylor was arrested for disorderly conduct and indecent exposure after he was found behaving erratically in front of the courthouse.

Alicia Profant was arrested on a contempt of court warrant at a residence on Spring St.

Trystan Jeffrey Godsey was arrested after a foot chase during which he resisted arrest. He was charged with resisting arrest and evading arrest.

Derek Wayne Brown was arrested for aggravated assault at a residence on Jackson Ave., following an active warrant from the Carter County General Sessions Court.

September 5:
Jordan Christopher Blackmer turned himself in to the Carter County Detention Center on a warrant for failure to appear.

Jarrett B. Taylor was charged with vandalism after damaging a camera and cell door at the detention center.
