Pamela Michelle Roberts Cutshaw, 42, Roan Mountain, passed away Sunday, August 25, 2024, at Johnson City Medical Center. She was born March 12, 1982 in Elizabethton to the late Eugene and Frances Geisler Roberts.

Pamela was a homemaker. She loved fishing and writing in her notebook. She was of the Baptist Faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, William Eugene Roberts.

Survivors include her husband, Dustin Cutshaw; one son, Raymond Edward Kempton III and his companion, Gianna; one grandson, Eli Kempton; and one brother, Bobby Roberts.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 31, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with Pastor Steve Waycaster officiating. Interment will follow in the Roberts Cemetery, Hampton. Active pallbearers will be Dustin Cutshaw, Ray Kempton, Bobby Roberts, Larry White, Kevin Walker and Tootie.
