The family of Linzy Trivette will meet for a reunion at the Long Hollow Baptist Church Fellowship Hall in Valley Forge. Fellowship begins at 11 a.m. followed by lunch at 1 p.m. Everyone attending is asked to bring a covered dish. Paper products and drinks will be provided. Also, families are asked to bring any games they might want to play. Family members are encouraged to attend and be a part of the fellowship and fun.

The Elizabethton High School Class of 1969 will hold a 55th reunion picnic on Saturday, Sept. 14, from noon to 4 p.m. at the Southside Christian Church shelter, located at the corner of Parkway Boulevard and Southside Road in Elizabethton.
