First Presbyterian

First Presbyterian Church Elizabethton will have both an online and live worship service Sunday at 11 a.m. The pastor, Dr. Brian Wyatt, will present the sermon “Sole Searching” based on Exodus 3: 1-6.

Meditation is Wednesday at 7 p.m. and Adult Forum is at 9:30 a.m. Sunday in Martin Hall.

First Presbyterian is located at 119 West F St.

 

First Christian

First Christian Church Elizabethton has worship service Sunday at 9:45 a.m.

Other services include Bible study for adults, youth and kids on Wednesday at 6 p.m.

First Christian has a food pantry. Persons needing a food box are asked to call the church office at 542-5651 to make an appointment.

First Christian is located at 513 Hattie Ave.

 

CCCMF Meeting

The Carter County Christian Men’s Fellowship will meet Tuesday, Aug. 20, at 7 p.m. at the New Hope Church of Christ with Paul Peer, minister at New Hope, as guest speaker.

Those attending are asked to invite a friend and worship and “Bridge the Generations for the Kingdom.”

All men of area Christian churches are invited.

 

Riverview Baptist

A special song and testimony service will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday at Riverview Baptist Church featuring a ladies trio from Chinquapin Baptist Church, Bluff City. The trio is composed of Rachel Asher, Becky Booher, and Alicia Trivett.

Everyone is invited.
