Legendary band Exile is set to captivate audiences as they celebrate their monumental 60th anniversary with an amazing performance on August 24 at 7:30 p.m. at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center in Greeneville.
Formed in 1963, Exile has enjoyed a well-known journey through the world of music, achieving remarkable success on both the pop and country charts. Their iconic hit, “Kiss You All Over,” dominated the Billboard pop charts for four weeks in 1978, cementing their place in music history. In the early 1980s, Exile transitioned to country music, amassing ten No. 1 singles and numerous top 20 hits, leading to their well-deserved induction into the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame.
The band’s original members reunited in 2008 and have been thrilling fans with their dynamic performances ever since. As part of their 60th-anniversary celebration, Exile has embarked on the A Million Miles Later tour, which will showcase a blend of their greatest hits and exciting new material from their latest album, also titled A Million Miles Later. Highlights of the show will include unforgettable tracks such as “Kiss You All Over,” “Woke Up In Love,” “Give Me One More Chance,” “I Can’t Get Enough,” and “Super Love.”
