JOHNSON CITY – Zachary Cable, 23, of Johnson City, was arrested on July 28 in connection with a business theft. The arrest follows an investigation into a shoplifting incident reported on July 26 at 2915 W. Market St.

Officers responding to the call found that Cable was involved in the theft of merchandise valued at $1,028.38. Cable has been charged with theft over $1,000.

He was transported to the Washington County Detention Center.
