The Elizabethton/Carter County Chamber of Commerce will once again host Non-Profit Connect on Wednesday, July 31, from 10 to 11 a.m.  A free workshop series presented in partnership with United Way of East Tennessee Highlands, Non-Profit Connect provides helpful resources for those involved in non-profits serving our community.

Wednesday’s workshop will feature guest speaker Kristie Hammonds, president and CEO of Frontier Health, who will share how to avoid burnout in your organization. Learn how to keep your volunteers, employees, or even yourself in a healthy state of mind to ensure the long-term success of your non-profit.

If you run a non-profit, serve on a non-profit board, or are employed by a non-profit, you are invited and encouraged to attend Non-Profit Connect. The workshop will be held at the Elizabethton Chamber, located at 615 E. Elk Ave. in Downtown Elizabethton and does not require registration.
