To the Editor:

As a retired United Airlines Captain, I can assure you that the “Global Elites” are not dumping uranium or any other heinous substances into the air. I have flown the B-727, B-737, B-757/767, A-320, B-747-400, and finally the B-777. There are no controls in the cockpit to dump these chemicals. I have done thousands of external inspections and there is nothing out there. There have been cloud seeding programs to dump silver iodide crystals into building thunderstorms in an attempt to make rain. I do not know if those programs still exist.   

Think for a minute about the ground infrastructure to service our killer airplanes. Ground equipment, tank trucks and the crew to load the mystery chemicals. Good luck in keeping those low paid workers quiet. Our certificated mechanics will have to service these classified systems. Better find and train some CIA agents. And the airlines are going to pay for all of this?  

The larger issue is that our state government believes this nonsense. Don’t forget that airspace is the exclusive domain of the Federal government. 49 USC 40103. This state law is null and void.
