Schedule of activities at the Elizabethton Senior Center, 428 East G Street, for the week of Monday, July 1 – Friday, July 5:

Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Friday: 8 a.m. – 12 noon.

The billiard room and fitness room are open and no appointments are necessary.

Monday: Just Keep Movin’ – Cardio – Toning – Strength Building – Group Led, 9 a.m.; Lunch – Chicken Alfredo, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga – Yoga Farm Instructor Shirley Gomillian, $3, 12:15 p.m.; Gentle Flow Yoga – Yoga Farm Instructor Cindy Brugnoletti, $3.

Tuesday: Blood Pressure Screenings with Freda, 9 a.m.; Boys & Girls Club Reading Program, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Beef & Potato w//Cheese, 11 a.m.; Line Dancing – Instructor Sharon Pilk, 12 p.m., $3.

Wednesday: Just Keep Movin’ – Cardio – Toning – Strength Building – Group Led, 9 a.m.; Qigong with Adina, $3, 10 a.m.; Lunch – Chili Dog w/ Onions, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga – Yoga Farm Instructor Shirley Gomillian, $3, 12:15 p.m.; Gentle Flow Yoga – Yoga Farm Instructor Cindy Brugnoletti, $3.

Thursday: July 4th Holiday – Center Closed – No Meals Served.

Friday: Holiday – Center Closed – No Meals Served.

REMINDER: Street signs with reflective numbers are still available at the Center for a cost of $5. These are provided at this discount price through our SALT Council.
