Three persons, who were charged in connection with the first-degree murder of Hal Edward Elliott, appeared in General Sessions Court Friday, June 21, before Judge Keith Bowers Jr. Jim Chambers was bound over to the grand jury on charges of aggravated kidnapping, tampering with or fabricating evidence, abuse of corpse, and first-degree murder.

Joey Guinn was bound over to the grand jury on a charge of aggravated kidnapping, tampering with or fabricating evidence, abuse of corpse and first-degree murder.
