Johnson City Police arrest man on drug and DUI charges

JOHNSON CITY – Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Issac Kinley, 33, Johnson City, early Friday morning, charging him with possession of a Schedule II drug with intent to redistribute, driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, and violation of implied consent.
At approximately 2:30 a.m., officers responded to the intersection of Buffalo and East Main streets, where Kinley was found to be driving under the influence and in possession of a Schedule II drug.
Kinley was transported to the Washington County Detention Center following his arrest.
