Timmy Blevins, 60, Elizabethton, passed away May 11, 2024, at his residence.

A native of Carter County, he was born July 8, 1963, to the late Sherrill Campbell and Julie Blevins.

Timmy was retired from the Carter County Highway Department. He loved fishing and working on cars. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Campbell, and a sister-in-law, Sherry Campbell. 

Survivors include his children, Angel (Teddy) Allara, Michael Davis, Delbert Davis, Timothy John Blevins and Jessie Carter; ten grandchildren, Ashton Blevins, Lexi Blevins, Alexis Preslor, Malachi Stout, Jaydyn Allara, Gunner Allara, Stella Allara, Emma Autumn and Isaiah Davis; four brothers, Ronnie (Patty) Blevins, Donnie (Jennie) Blevins, Mickey Campbell and Kevin (Robbin) Campbell; and one sister, Sally (Chuck) Waycaster. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 23, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with Rev. Joe Searfoss officiating. Interment will follow in the Lyons Cemetery. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. Thursday prior to the service.
