Elizabethton Police report multiple arrests FROM STAFF REPORTS

The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:
- On May 1, Officer Justin Pearce responded to a trespassing incident at 214 Broad Street (Walgreens). Michael Wayne Ledford was arrested and issued a summons/citation for criminal trespassing. Ledford is scheduled for a Carter County General Sessions Court appearance on May 20.
- Officer Erin Potter responded to a welfare check on May 1 and arrested Christopher Lee Young for public intoxication. Young’s court date is set for May 8.
- On May 1, Investigator Kenneth Lowe arrested Katie Michelle Forman at 920 Broad Street (Food City) for violation of probation.
- Officer Samuel Woodby observed a speeding violation on April 27 and arrested Sandra Lea Hill for driving with a suspended license and other offenses.
Note: All arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
