Johnson City man arrested following domestic disturbance call

On March 23, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Quincy Killen, 22, Johnson City, on charges of aggravated assault, felony reckless endangerment, misdemeanor vandalism, and interference with emergency calls.
The arrest stemmed from a domestic disturbance report around 2:30 p.m. at a residence on Dyer Street. An investigation revealed that Killen had allegedly pointed a gun at a woman and physically assaulted her. Additionally, he reportedly took the woman’s cell phone into the residence and discharged a firearm at it. Killen fled the scene before law enforcement arrival.
Later, at approximately 6:25 p.m., officers located and apprehended Killen. He was subsequently transported to the Washington County Detention Center.
