JOHNSON CITY – Johnson City Police Department officers apprehended Robert Wolfe, 33, of Elizabethton, on Jan. 14, charging him with felony vandalism. Responding to a call at Johnson City Medical Center, officers found that Wolfe, upset about not being discharged, destroyed medical equipment valued at around $10,000. Wolfe was subsequently transported to the Washington County Detention Center.
