The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:
On December 13, Jennifer Renee Slagle-Nickles was arrested at 2404 West Elk Ave., for criminal trespass after refusing to leave Marathon premises, despite repeated requests by store clerk Abby.
On December 13, Andrew Jonathan Baumgardener was apprehended for evading arrest after fleeing from Officer Hayden Holtsclaw, who attempted to detain him on active warrants while he was spotted on South Lynn Ave.
On December 12, Neeta Brown Hayden was arrested for driving under the influence (first offense) after Officer Erin Potter conducted a traffic stop due to reckless driving and observed signs of impairment, including slurred speech and inability to follow instructions.
On December 7, Officer Nicholas Kerns arrested Melissa Kay Bowman on a warrant for contempt of court.
On December 7, Officer Nicholas Kerns arrested Angela P. Fisher on a warrant for failure to appear.
On December 7, Officer Spencer Ward arrested Rickey G. Harding for public intoxication.
