Elizabethton Police Department reports arrests

The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:
Brandy L. Fletcher was apprehended on November 19 behind Aarons Rental after being found in a dumpster. She had an active warrant from Washington County and was transferred to their authorities.
Sydney Blevins was arrested on the same day during a traffic stop on Southside Road for a probation violation and was handed over to CCSO.
David A. Slayton was arrested on November 19 for driving under the influence and other traffic violations on Highway 67. He underwent a blood draw and was scheduled for court on December 18.
Karen Faye Smith was apprehended on November 18 at Courtyard Apartments due to disorderly conduct and public intoxication. She was taken to CCSO with a court date set for November 27.
Isaac J. Simerly received a citation for speeding in a school zone and not having a driver’s license on November 20 near Happy Valley Elementary School. His court date was scheduled for November 29.
Nora Carleen Fore was charged on November 20 for driving on a suspended license and a brake light violation. She was given a court date for December 20.
Each incident resulted in the respective individuals being processed by the Elizabethton Police Department and subsequently handed over to the appropriate authorities or provided with court dates.
Note: All arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
