Roan Street Free Will

The Tipton Family will present special singing Sunday at 11 a.m. at Roan Street Free Will Baptist Church. 

The message will be presented by Bro. Jimmy Tipton.

Also, the Nov. 22 Wednesday service will be held on Tuesday this week due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

The pastor, the Rev. Donnie Harris, invites the public to attend.

 

First Presbyterian

First Presbyterian Church, Elizabethton, will have both an online and live worship service Sunday at 11 a.m. The pastor, the Rev. Dr. Bryan Wyatt, will present the sermon “The Gift of Simplicity’’ based on Ex. 16: 1-20 and Matt. 6: 19-21.

Meditation is Wednesday at  7 p.m. and Adult Forum is Sunday at 9:30 a.m

The church is located at 119 West F St.

 

New Liberty Free Will

New Liberty Free Will Baptist Church will continue its month-long series of Most Thankful Monday revival services on Monday, Nov. 20, at 7 p.m. This week’s speaker will be the Rev. Bill Greer, retired pastor of several area churches,

Special singing will be provided by the New Liberty choir.

The pastor, the Rev. Wesley Duncan invites everyone to attend this service as the church congregation thanks God for His blessings and prays for a spiritual uplifting.

The church is located at 113 Peters Hollow Road near the Stoney Creek Volunteer Fire Department on Highway 91N,

 

Borderview Christian

Borderview Christian Church, 1338 Bristol Highway, will host Sacred Harmony Sunday at 6 p.m. Having sung together for a number of years, the group composed of Janet Weaver, Theresa Bellamy, and Brian Scott have perfected a beautiful harmony and dynamic presentation.

Scott Fisher, minister, and the congregation invite the public to attend.

 

First Christian

First Christian Church, Elizabethton, has worship Sunday at 9:45 a.m. and a Wednesday night service at 6 o’clock.

In December, the church will have special fun events planned on Sundays and/or Wednesdays.

First Christian has a food pantry. If you need a food box, call the church office at 542-5651 for an appointment. “There seems to be more people needing assistance, so the spots are filling up quickly,” said a church spokesman.

First Christian is located at 513 Hattie Ave.

 

Valley Forge Free Will

Valley Forge Free Will Baptist Church will host the Free Will Baptist Family Ministries East Tennessee Rally on Nov. 26 at 6 p.m.

Featured will be The Inspirations and Jeff Tolbert and Primitive Road.

A love offering will be received.
