Downtown merchants get into swing of new fall season

The fall season begins on Saturday and local merchants have been busy getting into the spirit by putting scarecrow designs and decorations in front of their stores with many competing in the best scarecrow competition.
Utilizing bales of straw, corn shocks, fall floral, pumpkins and many other creative pieces associated with fall, the merchants invite everyone downtown to shop and take a look at all the work that has been put out front for display.
Votes can be cast by scanning the code square at each display.
