• Arrest of Desaray Woodard for Aggravated Assault Domestic and False Imprisonment
On August 13, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Desaray Woodard, White, Ga., and charged her with one count of aggravated assault domestic and one count of false imprisonment. At approximately 8:56 p.m., officers responded to a report of a physical altercation at the Bravo Inn. Woodard and her fiancé were found at the scene with injuries resulting from the altercation. Woodard allegedly attacked her fiancé and prevented him from leaving by barricading the door. She was taken into custody and is being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.

• Arrest of Moses M. Dillon for Violation of an Order of Protection and Aggravated Assault
On August 14, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Moses M. Dillon, Johnson City. Dillon was charged with two counts of violation of an order of protection and aggravated assault. At 1:12 p.m., officers responded to assist the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation in locating Dillon, who was wanted for murder in Texas. Dillon was observed leaving his job and entering a green Ford Ranger pickup. The vehicle was located and stopped on Kwickway Lane. Dillon was taken into custody without incident. Additionally, outstanding warrants from 2021 in Johnson City were discovered. Dillon is being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $6,000 bond.

• Fraud Arrest in Johnson City
On August 24, the Johnson City Police Department arrested 25-year-old Adrianna N. Margle, Johnson City, for fraud over $1,000 but less than $2,500. Officers responded to a call regarding an attempt to cash a fraudulent check at a local bank in Johnson City. Margle admitted to attempting to cash the check on behalf of an unknown accomplice. She was arrested and held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,000 bond.

• Aggravated Assault Arrest of Joshua Kyle
On August 25, officers arrested Joshua Kyle, Johnson City, and charged him with aggravated assault. The arrest followed a report of an assault where Kyle allegedly shot the victim three times with an air rifle. The victim’s injuries were consistent with her account. Kyle was taken into custody and is being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.

• Multiple Charges for Michael Cox
On August 26, officers arrested Michael Cox, Church Hill, charging him with aggravated assault, aggravated burglary, simple assault, and domestic assault. The arrest stemmed from a domestic dispute at 2914 Watauga Road, Apt. 804, where Cox allegedly engaged in physical altercations with multiple victims. He was held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $17,000 bond.

• Identity Theft and More for Patrick Gilliam
On August 26, officers arrested Patrick Gilliam and charged him with Identity theft, driving while revoked, speeding, and failure to comply with financial responsibility. Gilliam was pulled over for speeding, and further investigation revealed he had provided false identification. He was held at the Washington County Detention Center on an $11,000 bond.

• Aggravated Assault Charges for Ellie Sicola
On August 28, officers arrested Ellie Sicola, Gray, and charged her with two counts of aggravated assault. Sicola was accused of threatening two business employees with a knife. She turned herself in at the Washington County Detention Center and is held on a $20,000 bond.

• Identity Theft and Public Intoxication for Jermaine Sanders
On August 30, officers arrested Jermaine Sanders, Johnson City, and charged him with identity theft and public intoxication. Sanders was causing a disturbance, and upon contact, he provided false personal information. He was held on a $10,000 bond at the Washington County Detention Center.

• Aggravated Assault and Other Charges for Courtney Gouge
On August 31, officers arrested Courtney Gouge, Johnson City, and charged her with aggravated assault, imitation firearm, and theft. Gouge allegedly brandished a pistol and threatened an employee during a theft attempt. She was held on a $10,000 bond at the Washington County Detention Center.

• Speeding and Evading Arrest for Jacob Ketron
On September 5, officers arrested Jacob Ketron, Kingsport, and charged him with speeding, felony evading arrest, reckless endangerment, and driving on suspended license (first offense). Ketron was observed traveling at a high speed on Interstate 26 and evaded arrest. He was held on a $10,000 bond at the Washington County Detention Center.

• Theft Arrest of Ramona Vasile
On September 5, officers arrested Ramona Vasile of Prince George, Va., and charged her with theft of property under $2,500. Vasile attempted to shoplift merchandise from Wal-Mart and was apprehended. She was held on a $5,000 bond at the Washington County Detention Center.
