The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Charles Anthony Shubert was arrested on August 4 by CCSO Deputy Phillip Tremblay for possession of methamphetamine, driving on a suspended license (second offense or subsequent), and speeding (+20 over).
Wayne Keith Constable was arrested on August 4 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Caudill for possession of methamphetamine, evading arrest, and on a warrant for violation of probation.
Billy Joseph Scalf was arrested on August 4 by CCSO Deputy Storm Scalf on a warrant for violation of probation.
Elijah Austin Swearingen was arrested on August 4 by CCSO Lt. Johnathan Blevins on a warrant for failure to appear.
Charlie P. Hughes was arrested on August 5 by CCSO Deputy Cory Locklear on warrants for violation of probation and failure to appear.
