Marvin “June” Clawson Jr., 54, Butler, passed away on August 1, 2023 at Johnson City Medical Center after a long illness.
June was born in Newfane, N.Y., and was the son of the late Marvin and Patricia Zeitz Clawson Sr. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Nellie Clawson and Finley Clawson.
Those left to cherish the memory of June are his siblings, Cathy (Ronnie) Kent, Barbara (Charles) Phillips and Jimmy Clawson; nieces and nephews, Patricia Clawson, Jamie Clawson and Jonathan Kent; great-nephew, Gage “Squirt” Clawson; his aunt, Frankie Flanery; cousin, Judy Crisp; and special cousin, Chris Flannery.
It was June’s wish to be cremated. There will be no service at this time and a private service at a future date. Condolences may be sent to the family at our website, www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
