Hunter Elementary has appointed Jeff Peters as the girls basketball coach for the 2023-24 season.
“It is with great pleasure that I accept the girls basketball coaching position at Hunter. I look forward to the opportunity to lead and inspire these young athletes. I am committed to fostering an environment of growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship, where each player can thrive and reach their full potential.”
Students from Unaka and Hunter in grades 6-8 will be playing together this season.
