The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Kenneth A. Brummitt was arrested on June 23 by CCSO Deputy Tyler Holsclaw for DUI (first offense) and driving on roadways laned for traffic.
Christopher Douglas Godfrey was arrested on June 24 by CCSO Deputy Jared Shelton for aggravated assault.

The following arrest has been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:
Jack E. Smithpeters was arrested on June 22 by EPD Officer Spencer Ward on a warrant for failure to appear.
