JONESBOROUGH – While booking in Cheyenne Stout, 27, of Johnson City, on multiple charges including failure to appear, Washington County Detention Center Deputies discovered she was in possession of a dark, crystal-like substance believed to be heroin along with suboxone.
Stout arrived at the Detention Center via another law enforcement agency, and attempted to conceal the contraband by wrapping it in two pieces of aluminum foil and hiding it in her undergarments. Both packets discovered by deputies were sent to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s lab for testing.
She was charged with introduction of contraband into a penal facility and her bond is set at $5,000.
