The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Jessica Dawn Forbes was arrested on April 7 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for violation of probation.
Misty Dawn Feathers was arrested on April 8 by CCSO Deputy Robbie Huskins on a warrant for failure to appear.
Bobby Eugene Roberts was arrested on April 8 by CCSO Sgt. Robert Scott for possession of methamphetamine.
Robert Street was arrested on April 8 by CCSO Deputy Brett Butler for domestic assault / simple assault and interfering with an emergency call.
Brooklyn Sue Collins was arrested on April 8 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for violation of probation.
Tonya R. Richards was arrested on April 9 by CCSO Deputy Tyler Holsclaw for Schedule IV drug violations, driving while revoked (second or more), financial responsibility – no insurance, a vehicle approaching or entering an intersection, and Schedule II drug violations.
Scottie W. Leach was arrested on April 9 by CCSO Sgt. Robert Scott on a warrant for failure to appear.
Phillip E. Hileman Jr. was arrested on April 10 by CCSO Deputy Cory Locklear on a warrant for failure to appear.

The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:
Jesse Dean Guinn Jr. was arrested on April 7 by EPD Officer Aaron Franklin for drug paraphernalia, resisting stop/arrest, evading arrest, Schedule II drug violations, and simple possession or casual exchange.
Fredrick Jerome Olds was arrested on April 12 by EPD Sgt. Eric Buck for public intoxication.
