Linda Perry, 61, devoted grandmother, mother, and friend, of Elizabethton Tenn., passed away March 23, 2023, at Johnson City Medical Center surrounded by loved ones.
Linda was a native of Elizabethton and born at Carter County Hospital to James and Nola Perry on November 17, 1961. She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Jeff and Mike Perry.
Linda was a fiercely independent woman who loved with her whole heart and was the proudest of her role as a grandmother, instilling her love of animals and plants into her grandchildren. She was known by her friends and family to be a huge animal lover throughout her life and a wonderful cook. She collected house plants as her hobby.
Linda is survived by her children, Michael Perry and Brandi Majerus; her beloved grandchildren, Aria Majerus, Gabriel Perry, and Elijah Perry, whom she adored with her entire being; and her four nephews/nieces, Chad, John-Paul, Latoya (Toy), and Elizabeth Perry, with whom she shared many cherished memories during her lifetime.
Linda will be greatly missed in the lives of those she was closest to.
