Police seek the public’s help to identify suspect

The Elizabethton Police Department is requesting information regarding the identity of the male in the photo. The male subject broke into a vehicle in the Ingles parking lot on March 11, 2023. The owner of the vehicle caught the male subject in his vehicle but the male subject ran away, heading north across West Elk Ave. Patrol units checked the area but could not locate the subject.
