Bonnie J. Odom, 90, Telford, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2023, at Johnson City Medical Center.
A native of Shell Creek, she was a daughter of the late Bernie and Ella Roark McCoury.
Bonnie was retired from JC Penney Department Store. She loved to read the Bible and was of the Baptist Faith.
In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Odom; one brother, Bobby McCoury; and two sisters, Peggy Garland and Margaret Taylor.
Survivors include her children, Kathy (Clifford) LaFond, Telford, Tenn., and Carolyn Pullum, Elizabethton; and her son, Randy (Rose) Odom, Johnson City. Six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson and several nieces and nephews also survive.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, February 6, in the Johnson-Roan View Cemetery, Roan Mountain. Active pallbearers will be David Peters, Sean Washington, Randy Berg and friends. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 1:15 p.m. Monday to go in procession to the cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at our website, www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
