Florence Harmon, a resident at The Waters of Roan Highlands, Roan Mountain, celebrated her 99th birthday on Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2023.
Her sister, Ruby Shell, also celebrated a January birthday.
Florence and Ruby celebrated their birthdays together with a party with family.
