Brownlow Vines, 85, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2023 at The Waters of Roan Highlands in Roan Mountain, Tenn. Brownlow was a resident of Carter County, Tenn. He was married to his wife, Delora Vines, for 38 years.
Brownlow served as a Specialist in the U.S. Army from 1959-1962, was actively involved in his church, and loved gardening.
He is survived by his wife, Delora, two children, Emily Foster Vines and David Vines, their spouses, four grandchildren, Hannah, Corey, Cooper and Casey, a stepson, Kris McNeil, a brother, Arnold Vines, and a sister, Linda Carrier.
A private burial and no funeral services will be held. In lieu of donations, a tree can be planted in his name via the Arbor Day Foundation (shop.arborday.org/commemorative). Condolences may be sent to our website, www.memorialfcelizabethton.com
