Linda Darlene Starnes Clark, 74, Hampton, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2022, after an extend illness.
Linda was originally from Lancaster, S.C., and moved to Hampton, Tenn., in the mid ’90s. She loved the mountains and said it was God’s country.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Margie Starnes; brother, Tommy Starnes; sister, Jeannie Dassaro; son, Jamie Chapple; and mother-in-law, Kansas Clark.
Linda is survived by her husband, Jeff Clark; daughters, Gina Reynolds, Crissy Ghent, Amanda Clark and Jessica Maddon (Emily); grandchildren, Mike Pate “Lil Mike” (Kayce), Lee Pate, Josh Knight, Roxanne Powell, Dustin Chapple, Savanah Chapple, Beckett Clark, Baylen Clark and Gabriella Clark; great-grandchildren, Logan Pate, Nevaeh Pate, Paisley Belk, Zephrian Pate and Zynlee Pate; sisters, Linda Faye Beckham, Brenda Kay Knight and Pam Whitaker (Johnny); father-in-law, Byrl Clark and Carolyn; brother-in-law, Byrl “Jr.” Clark; and sister-in-law, Linda Abel (Larry).
A visitation will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. Friday, January 6, at Memorial Funeral Chapel. A Celebration of Life will at 5 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Condolences may be sent to the family at our website, www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
