VFW Middle School Teacher of the Year Officers of the Elizabethton VFW Post No. 2166 presented T.A. Dugger Junior High School Counselor, Abigail K. Annually, Elizabethton's VFW presents a chosen educator representing elementary, middle, and high school with an award to recognize their outstanding commitment to teach and promote America's history, traditions, and citizenship.
