Jeffrey Vincent Milbourne, 68, of Elizabethton, Tenn., passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital. He was born in National City, Calif., to the late William B. Milbourne and Evelyna E. Hull Milbourne.
Jeffrey was an Air Force Veteran, serving in the Vietnam War, and later retired as a chef.
He is survived by his loving wife, Marilyn.
