The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Wayne Lee Dodge III was arrested on October 7 by CCSO Lieutenant Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for failure to appear.
Richard Scott Smalling was arrested on October 7 by CCSO Lieutenant Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for failure to appear.
Kenneth Shawn Thompson was arrested on October 7 by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill for criminal trespass, vandalism under $1000, and public intoxication.
Jeremiah Ezekiel Walker was arrested on October 7 by CCSO Deputy Tyler Holsclaw for violation of an order of protection or restraining order.
Tina Louise Zastudil was arrested on October 7 by CCSO Sergeant Timothy Garland on a warrant for violation of probation.
