The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Julie Herndon Hartzog was arrested on September 23 by CCSO Lt. Travis Ludlow on a warrant for failure to appear.
Ryan Alexander Thomas was arrested on September 24 by CCSO Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for aggravated criminal trespass.
Ricky Joseph Martin Jr. was arrested on September 24 by CCSO Sgt. Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.
Richard Keith Carr was arrested on September 24 by CCSO Sgt. Justin Burchfield for evading arrest, possession of methamphetamine, simple possession, and felon in possession of a firearm.
Laura Ashley Watts was arrested on September 25 by CCSO Lt. Christopher Reichenbach on a warrant for violation of probation.
Evelyn Greer was arrested on September 25 by CCSO Lt. Travis Ludlow on a warrant for failure to appear.
