Kacey Hornsby, 34, left this world on September 20, 2022 after fighting a short illness.
Kacey was strong and loving to those around him. He was a rock in everyone’s life. He loved working with his hands and carried pride in his work. He was never afraid to lend a hand where it was needed and had touched many lives with his kindness. He will be greatly missed by all of his friends and family. A piece of all of us has fallen away.
He is survived by his father, Kenneth “Kenny” Hornsby, and mother, Robin Hornsby. He is also survived by his sister, Kristin Hodge and her four children, Kentin, Payetin, Christopher, and Sydney; sister, Katie Holmes (Brian Holmes); sister, Bethany “Beth” Hornsby (Matthew Mitchell) and their five children Weston, Aleena, David, Zoey, and Allison; brother, Kenneth “Bubby” Hornsby Jr. and son Nate; brother, Ryan; and brother, Jonathan Hornsby and his daughter Desiree.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles “Buck” Hornsby and Alice Hornsby, and Allen Holmes and Linda Holmes, and nephew, Jay Hornsby.
