Sims Hill Christian
Sims Hill Christian Church will have homecoming Sunday, Aug. 7. There will be no Sunday School. The worship service will begin at 10:30 a.m. with a meal to follow. There will be no evening service.
Gerald Holly, minister at Lower Shell Creek Christian Church, will bring the homecoming message. The Sims Hill Choir and the former Sims Hill Quartet will present music in the worship service.
Everyone is invited.

Trinity Baptist
Trinity Baptist Church, 458 W. Doe Ave., will have a revival Aug. 7-10 with Dr. Benny Carper as evangelist. Dr. Carper, from Greenville, S.C., is with the Bright Hour Gospel Broadcast.
Dr. Carper will preach Sunday at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Lunch will be served following the 11 a.m. service.
Dr. Carper will preach at 7 p.m. Aug. 8-10.
Everyone is invited to attend.

Roan Street Free Will
The revival scheduled to begin Sunday, Aug. 7, at Roan Street Free Will Baptist Church has been canceled due to sickness. The revival will instead begin Sunday evening, Sept.18, and will continue that week.
The preachers for the revival are the Rev. Frank Woods and the Rev. Terry Richardson. There will also be special singing.
Everyone is invited to come and worship at Roan Street Free Will. The church is located at 820 N. Roan St. in Blackbottom.
The pastor is the Rev. Donnie Harris.
First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church, 119 W. F St., will have both an in-person and online worship service Sunday at 11 a.m.
The pastor, the Rev. Dr. Brian Wyatt, will present the sermon “A Different Character” based on I Cor. 13: 1-3.
Adult Forum and Youth Groups will meet in person.
You can also join Adult Forum, Wednesday Meditation, and Thursdays with Jesus online.
First Christian
First Christian Church offers both an in-person and live radio service Sunday at 9:50 a.m. The radio service can be heard on 90.5 FM Sunday in the church parking lot.
Michael Klaus, minister, will have the message Sunday.
The worship service will be posted to Facebook at 8 p.m. Sunday.
Beginning Aug. 10, there will be classes for grades 1-5.
There are classes for all members of the family on Wednesday nights.
Grace Baptist
Grace Baptist Church, 1114 Broad St., will have its summer picnic Sunday, Aug. 7, from 12:30 to 4 p.m.
Food will be served from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the church fellowship hall.
There will also be a water slide, pool, corn hole, and much more.
Sunday School is at 9 a.m. with a combined worship at 10 a.m.
The Rev. Travis Tyler is pastor.
Union Hill Free Will
Union Hill Free Will Baptist Church, 125 Lane Hill Road, will have a women’s conference Saturday, Aug. 20, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Lunch will be served at noon.
The theme of the conference is “As We Fight Our Way Through the Battles” with Brianna Fagan as guest speaker.
