According to Washington County Sheriff Keith Sexton, deputies arrested Troy D. Hunt, 53, of Afton, on July 10 and charged him with aggravated burglary.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office received a call at the 2400 block of old State Route 34, and upon arrival contact was made with the victim who stated his landlord entered the residence without permission. Deputies then determined that Hunt entered the residence carrying a tire tool through an open door without permission. He was arrested and then was released on a $10,000 cash bond. Hunt has a court date set for July 11 in Washington County Sessions Court.
