New Liberty Free Will
The Rev. Nathan Jennings will preach at the morning worship service Sunday at New Liberty Free Will Baptist Church. The service will begin at 11 a.m.
The Rev. Mark Potter will preach at the evening service Sunday, which begins at 6 p.m.
Everyone is invited to attend the services.
New Liberty Free Will is located at 113 Peters Hollow Road near the Stoney Creek Volunteer Fire Dept.
First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church, 119 W. F St., Elizabethton, will have both an online and in-person worship service Sunday at 11 a.m. The pastor, the Rev. Dr. Brian Wyatt, will present the sermon “What Do You Really Want? based on John 5: 1-8.
Adult Forum and Youth Group will meet in person. Also, Adult Forum, Wednesday Meditation, and Thursdays with Jesus will meet online.
Also, First Presbyterian will host A Night of Baseball for members Saturday, June 18, at 7 p.m. at the TVA Credit Union Park in Johnson City. The Johnson City Doughboys will play the Greeneville Flyboys. Tickets are $10 and includes a meal voucher. The game begins at 7 p.m.
Members who would like to attend are asked to let the pastor know by Sunday, June 12.
First Christian
First Christian Church, 513 Hattie Ave., Elizabethton, will have both an in-person and a live radio service Sunday at morning worship at 9:45 a.m. The radio service can be heard on 90.5 FM in the church parking lot.
This Sunday, Phillip Smith will preach at the morning service.
The worship service will be posted to Facebook at 8 p.m. Sunday.
Wednesday Bible Study is at 8 p.m. The congregation is presently doing a series titled “Drive Thu History: Acts to Revelation” by Dave Stotts.
The public is invited to all all services at the church.
