Beulah Harrison James Wiseman, 91, 114 Lynnview Circle, Elizabethton, Tenn., passed away peacefully Sunday, April 10, 2022, at The Waters Nursing Home.
Beulah was born in Shell Creek, Tenn., to the late William and Mary Harrison. Beulah was a member of Shell Creek First Christian Church. She also attended Valley Forge Christian Church.
In addition to her parents, Beulah was preceded in death by her first husband, John James, of 25 years; her second husband, Lloyd Wiseman, of 25 years; her son, Timothy John James; her brothers, Dan Harrison, Roy Harrison and Max Harrison; her sisters, Alma Bass and Elsie McKinney; and her dear friend, Faye Grindstaff Shelton, whom she considered a sister.
She is survived by her daughter, Terri Lea James; her grandchildren, Coleman James, Harley Hasker Davidson and Maggie Erin James; and many nieces and nephews.
A very special thank you to her nephew, Kevin Crowe, for the many visits and the love he showed.
The funeral service for Beulah will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 16, at Tetrick Funeral Home, Elizabethton, with Rev. Larry Vaughan officiating. The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel from 1 until 2 p.m. Saturday, prior to the service. The graveside service will follow at Happy Valley Memorial Park.
