Wanda Gerree Daniels, 71, of Bob White, W.Va., lost her battle with cancer on Saturday, April 9, 2022.
She was born on December 17, 1950 in Kentucky, a daughter of Bud and Lovey Viola Scalf. She was preceded in death by her son, Gary Michael “Mikie” Johnson II; sister, Patti Hunt; and brother, Keith Scalf.
Wanda is survived by her loving husband, David Daniels; sisters, Lou Campbell of Tennessee and Debbie Chrzan of North Carolina; sons, Steve Shelton of Bim, W.Va., Timmy Shelton of Elizabethton, Tenn., Robbie and Colleen Shelton of Roan Mountain, Tenn., Mark Tincher of Bob White, W.Va., and Donovan and Ashley Daniels of Bob White, W.Va.; and a host of all her loving grandchildren, family, and friends who loved her dearly.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, W.Va., with Rev. Victor Keathley officiating. Interment will follow in Daniels Gunnoe at Greenwood, W.Va. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time.
