Barbara Ann Hilton, 73, Elizabethton, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2022, at her residence. She was born October 2, 1948 in Elizabethton to the late Martin J. and Ruby Hodge Coleman.
Barbara loved being with her family, fishing, camping and gardening. She was of the Holiness Faith and attended the church on Cedar Street.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Harold Wayne Hilton Jr. and Billy Wayne Hilton; a daughter, Lisa Ann Hilton; and a brother, Lester Coleman.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Harold Wayne Hilton; two daughters, Teresa D. Coleman and Myra Humphrey; four sons, Matthew Curtis Hilton, Bobby Joe Hilton, Johnny Hilton and Wayne Allen Hilton; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Richard Hilton and the Rev. Johnny Hilton officiating. Interment will follow in the Lyons Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Matthew Hilton, Johnny Hilton, Lee Coleman, Mike Simerly, Chandler Collins, Lynn Humphrey, Cody Hilton and Bobby Joe Hilton.
